[Mitarbeiter.zoologie] NGS data filtering paper

Hello all,
For all of us currently (or in the near future) handling genomic
datasets, I have been reading this paper
[https://www.nature.com/articles/s41576-024-00738-6] that fucus on
filtering genomic data for population genomics (but not only)
studies.
I found it very usefull and very well structured. I particularly liked
the emphasis on the maf and hardy-weinberg proportions
filtering steps and if filtering should be preformed at a population
level or for the all dataset at once.
Hope you find it usefull.
