<div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">For all of us currently (or in the near future) handling genomic datasets, I have been reading <a href="https://www.nature.com/articles/s41576-024-00738-6">this paper</a> that fucus on filtering genomic data for population genomics (but not only) studies.</span></div>
<div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">I found it very usefull and very well structured. I particularly liked the emphasis on the maf and hardy-weinberg proportions filtering steps and if filtering should be preformed at a population level or for the all dataset at once.</span></div>
