in case you missed our pathogen meeting:

We had the idea to collect useful informations, questions and answers
about Real-time-PCR to have at the end a guideline to use in our lab.

Attached you will find the Real-time PCR handbook "Critical factors for
successfull Real-time-PCR" and a draft for a lab handbook with basic
informations.
