> *About the iPerform workshops
> The iPerform workshops derive from the How to-workshop series that focused on questions like “How to do science at iDiv” and “How to integrate new visions”. One result of the How to-workshop series was the formation of the iDiv Council e.g.. While the How to-workshops focused on strategic questions and finding the best ways to work together at iDiv, the iPerform workshops aim at imparting non-scientific skills. The new format started in 2017 with a session on cultural diversity. Scientists as well as non-scientists are welcome to join the workshops.
