And short translation of the important parts:

Despite the scientifically proven urgency, the climate crisis and other environmental crises (loss of biodiversity, overloading of biogeochemical material cycles, ...) played almost no role in the German parliamentary election campaign. To ensure that these issues are not completely ignored in the coalition negotiations, Scientists4Future has launched an appeal to politicians. 

The requirements for signing the appeal are:

All scientists and academics with training/work/residence in Germany and
    with at least a doctorate
    or with at least three first author peer review publications
    or with at least a Master's degree (or diploma...) and working at a German university, college or research institution

Search the list from the link for a person who knows you personally and who can confirm your authorization to sign.
