Hi all,
 
On the 2nd of December, we have a guest coming for a seminar from Jena.

She is expected to arrive around 2:30 PM, possibly at the station or
here. If there's a brief window before her talk, you could
meet with her. Otherwise, she has flexibility in her schedule
afterwards, though she will be catching a train back to Jena that
evening. We plan to meet in our coffee room for snacks and chat with her
after the presentation.
