[Mitarbeiter.zoologie] Journal club online due to train strikes

Dear all,

 

Due to the strikes on Thursday and Friday I might not be able to come to the lab. Last time S3 drove between Halle and Leipzig every hour, but I cannot find any information about it for this week’s strikes. 

I suggest that we do the journal club online, at the same time as previously agreed. If there is a train available, I would come to the lab and open an online room for others that cannot join.

The train drivers union is planning another strike. Starting on Thursday at 2 am (for 35 hours) until Friday 1 pm. 

35 hours strike to symbolize their main demand: a 35-hour work week, without salary reductions.
