[Mitarbeiter.zoologie] dual RNA-seq host-parasite

Dear all.

Does any one have experience performing dual RNA-seq host-parasite? A
colleague asked about it,  I do not remember someone from our group working
with this technique. If you have an idea or planning to work with it let me
know. Bianca (NCSU Ph.D), is interested in exchange experiences, protocols,
etc. about dual RNA-seq host-parasite.

Or if you know somebody from another group working with this please let me
know? Happy for any information :)
