Dear all.
The fist paper is maybe of interest for the people working on population and landscape genetics/genomics.  We use an alternative
modified code to ResistanceGA (R package that utilizes a genetic algorithm to optimize resistance surfaces based on pairwise
genetic, but that presented many bugs regarding big geographical areas). In this form we can compare the suitable areas modeled
for Jaguar in Mesoamerica Vs "evolutionary connectivity" with gene flow.

The second paper was the first data on coffee farms in Guatemala which I was very reluctant to share due to the disappointment and
hopelessness of the social political situation around this work. I wanted to share it without political overtones, but it is
impossible. Not only was the work carried out with great effort by the team in Guatemala fighting with corrupt and illegitimate
authorities that have taken over the university in Guatemala. But it also has to be accompanied by the complaint of unjust
imprisonment of the Swiss founder of FEDECOCAGUA, an institution working with small indigenous coffee farmers, solely because it
threatens the country's large millionaire coffee company, supported by the country's corrupt institutions. I am sorry again to
share this political statements. I hope you enjoy the papers.
