[Mitarbeiter.zoologie] Summary Labmeeting

Dear All,

here is a short summary of the lab meeting, as some important points
were mentioned today!

1. If an accident happens in the lab, please contact the first aiders
(Antonella or me). In addition, an accident report must be
filled out afterwards.
If you get something in your eye, there is an “Emergency eye plan”. This
can be found in the Beelab as well as on the 8th floor
next to the sink. You can also find the plan in the appendix. Please let
me know if you have any questions about this. The eyewash
solutions are located next to sink in the Beelab and on the 8th floor.


2. On 23.12.2024 pest control measures will take place on the 9th floor
and on the 5th floor. Please do not enter these two floors
on this day. 
Our cleaning lady will come back early on 23.12.2024 to collect the
garbage. To make her work easier, I would collect garbage on
Friday and put a blue bag in the corridor. Please dispose of your
garbage in this bag from Friday afternoon. 


3. Nicole will start her new job in another department at the university
on January 1st. Konstanze Schmidt will take over until a
new secretary is hired. Here are her contact details:
