[Mitarbeiter.zoologie] E-mail distribution list

Dear all

as many students now finished and as I noticed our "mitarbeiter" e-mail 
distributor is full of people that are not anymore at the department 
(over 80 e-mails in the distributor), I wanted to ask everybody to check 
whether he/she is in our google doc with people in the department (link: 
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1wgIZAaiD4eDQ2xf6b8YZu3e3iL81vBKxzGMRpG0LIW4/edit?usp=sharing; 
note that in the google doc, only Robert, Antonella, Anja M.,Belinda, 
Panas and I are allowed to change the list, while everybody else can 
only see its content). I remember Antonella wanted to keep everybody in 
that list, present and past. Therefore I have colored the current people 
that work with me in blue and I would like to ask Robert, Antonella, 
Anja M.,Belinda, Panas to do the same if you do not want to delete 
somebody from the list.

Next Wednesday I will go over this google doc list and delete everybody 
who is not in that list or not clearly labelled as a current member of 
the department our e-mail distributor.
