[Mitarbeiter.zoologie] Strike Programm

Dear all,

As already mentioned, today is a strike day for Hochschulen in Germany. It’s about better working conditions in academia/universities, i.e. increase in salaries/bafög, the problem with short-term employment (Wissenschaftskurzarbeitszeitgesetz) and so on.

Following is the program from today (taken from this link: https://hochschulaktionstag.de/ ), nicely fitting around the defence from Simon.

Halle (Saale)
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Volksbühne Kaulenberg strike café with information stands, workshops, networking
12:00 - 2:00 p.m.: Rally on Uniplatz with speeches, Küfa, stall cafe, interactive strike theater
2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.: Demo march to the Steintor for a political appeal
