Dear All,

Apologies for the late notification, Anja is ill this week. Hopefully she will return on Monday. 

I realise I repeat myself: please continue to accept/sign for deliveries, check the contents of a delivery, sign the delivery note, date it and tick the items that were listed on the delivery note (if correct) so that we know the item(s) have arrived. Leave the delivery note on Anja’s desk. If the delivered items need to be put in a fridge/freezer, do so.
