Dear All,

There is an online connection to the Cluj meeting that I could not attend due to a cancelled flight. I now see that I will be engaged till 12:30-ish. I therefore postpone our lab meeting till 12:45 today. I hope the change does not cause inconvenience. I will mainly speak about updated PhD regulations.
