[Mitarbeiter.zoologie] Julia's test talk

Dear all,

I wanted to inform you that Julia's grandmother was tested positive for Corona yesterday. Julia spent quite some time with her during the last days.

But since Julia is vaccinated and also recovered from Corona in August, I think with some caution it should be still okay for Julia to give her test talk in presence.

Julia will be in the ninth floor with FFP2-mask and open windows. She will use the stairs to get there. Also she will do a quick test at home and another one when she arrives in the university. I think under this circumstances it should be okay for her to give a test talk in presence.


Nonetheless, everybody can of course freely decide if she or he is okay with the remaining risk or if she or he doesn't want to participate in the test talk. I just think that it is important for Julia to give a test talk not just online to gain at least a bit experience in giving talks in front of people before her defence. So everybody who joins is welcome.

If somebody disagrees on this plan, please feel free to coontact me. It is important for me to don't bring somebody in a risk that she or he doesn't want.
