[Mitarbeiter.zoologie] Academic writing using AI language processing

Dear all,

Here is a list <https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1589237902210666496.html> of
online services or apps designed to summarize academic text and/or give
suggestions for sentence structuring or even generate entire
titles/abstracts. They all use GPT-3 language modeling.
I think these tools should be used with caution, since they can produce
incorrect conclusions in many cases. However they could be useful for
inspiration if one has writer's block, or aid us non-native
English speakers with synonyms and sentence structure. I think these
techniques will be broadly used very soon.
