Dear All,

Please please lock all doors if you are the last person to leave the 6th floor in the evening. This morning, the TA room and coffee room doors were open with lights on when Anja arrived,. The first person to arrive. Yesterday evening, an unknown man was confronted on a lower floor of our building and reacted aggressively. A few weeks ago, unknown people sprayed a fire extinguisher across an unlocked lab in the south tract of Hoher Weg 8 during an evening.

New rule: If you use a lab after 17:00, always lock it when you leave the lab, even if others are working in offices. Keep the TA room locked after 17:00, even if others are working in offices or the lab.

If rooms continue to be left open, then we will have to change rules again and keep all rooms locked all of the time, unless someone is working in them.
