Dear All,

We should receive two visitors today who will hold discussions or talks.

At 09:00, Dr Antonello Pantanelo, a plant virologist from Bari (SE Italy) will discuss with us the technical problems of extracting viruses from plants (flowers)

At 10:00 Dr Kevin Lamkiewicz, a viral bioinformatician from FSU (Uni Jena) will hold a short presentation on his former and current research addressing viral discovery and viral recombination. As Kevin travels by train this morning to us, his talk may start a little later. I will announce a revised in the corridor of the 6th floor if he suffers an unforeseen delay.

In both cases, we will meet on the 9th floor seminar room.
