thank you very much for your replies. My E-Mail got lost in the Internet, I think, as I wrote it directly after the lab Meeting but it arrived after Fernandos Mail. So as it is possible to do the BBQ at the University, it sounds reasonable to do it there! See you all tomorrow.

Thanks Lucie  for the kind offer to go to your backyard. 
But maybe, it is easier to do it in the lab, as many people are already there. In case it is raining we could grill the food outside and then eat inside, e.g in the ninth floor?

Hey everyone,
 
as the weather looks bad on Wednesday, how about we postpone the BBQ to Thursday (the weather forecast says it should be dry an 21°C), as there were the same amount of people in the doodle list. I also have the suggestion, that we can have the BBQ in my inner yard, if you do not have a location yet (it is big, so we will have enough space to keep the distance). What do you think?

Dear All.
 
As you could see in the doodle, we have the same votes for tomorrow and for the next week on Wednesday and Thursday. Tomorrow the weather looks not so good so my suggestion is do our BBQ  on Wednesday 22th Sep, maybe it fits better for most of the people that participated so far (for those who have not participated, it would be nice to see you next week :) ).
