how about what Antonella suggested, we have the meeting at 15:00 so that
Fernando can attend while it is still not too late for Anja & Jette?
Then directly thereafter the book discussion as you suggested...Or is
that too late for people?!

Dear All,

I’v just been informed that next Monday’s iDiv dress rehearsal for the
ir defence, which I am should attend, will commence at 12:00 on Monday
(if not 11:00). I had thought it would commence at 14:30. I therefore
suggest we transfer our weekly lab meeting to Tuesday at 12:00 from
Monday. An alternative it to hold it Tuesday afternoon so that Fernando
can attend. If you have strong feelings about an alternative time e.g.
Tuesday at 15:30, please write.

Discussion of the next chapter of MJ West-Eberhard will be immediately
after the lab meeting.
