for me it is fine to have just one Heath and Safety folder. 

Please do NOT delete the Janine folder. This is the folder where
Henriette and I have a lot of important documents and forms. Thank you!

dear all,


i have just spent some time going through the folders in our server and
i think there are some that can be already deleted, but before asking
panas the favour to do so, i want to check that nobody is against.


1) CJ: is empty


2) Alexandra: contains nothing important


3) Bee seminar: contains nothing important


4) Gruppe-Paxton 14.07.2015:  contains runs (from megabace??) with no
annotation. as they are, they are useless. robert, can that folder be
deleted?


5) Janine: i think it can be deleted, but the last word is robert’s and
anja’s


6) Tomás Pic: contains a lot of photos of tomás (with him, not
necessarily from him). some mine. as far as mine are concerned, they can
be deleted. i actually think they can all be deleted, but maybe some of
you want to check them before.


7) Christmas Party2011: Lots of pics. Do we want to keep them?


I have also seen that there two folders for health and safety:
'Laborsicherheit und Arbeitschutz’ and ‘Health_and_Safety_S1’. a
question for anja, Henriette, simon and Robert: can we merge them in
one. in what do they differ?


maybe we can create a folder for presentations of general interest, like
mine of last week and andreia’s this week? this is only a suggestion.
