Dear all,

We have an exciting Master opportunity on the topic of “Management 
practices of farmers for pollination and pest control” at the Department 
of Ecosystem Services in iDiv/UFZ <https://www.ufz.de/index.php?de=34228>.

In the context of the INTERCEDE project (Interactions of Farmland 
Biodiversity and Agricultural Ecosystem Services under Climate Change), 
this Master project will collect and analyze information on the land 
management practices (i.e. pesticide application, crop rotation, 
agri-environmental schemes, etc.) and the role of farmers shaping 
agricultural landscapes by conducting interviews with farmers and 
farmers’ organizations in Saxony-Anhalt (/fluent German is essential!!/).
