Dear All,
Following the lab meeting this morning, and in addition to my mail of yesterday, the following decisions have been reached for Allgemeine Zoologie to minimise the spead of COVID-19, all following the most recent Amtsblatt information of the university i.e. legally binding information.
1. If you do not have to come into the university, then work from home (HomeOffice). If you are an MLU employee, you need to inform me that you are doing this so that I can inform the Personalamt. You are allowed 21 days of HomeOffice. You must keep records of your work at home (i.e. duration of work per day) whilst undertaking HomeOffice.
2. To minimise contact between individuals, we re-allocate office space as follows:
• 605 (big PhD office) Julia, Fran and Bilyana - who work in the field together
• 606 Tabea
• 607 Fernando
• 608 Antonella + Robert
• 609 (big PhD office at end of corridor): Sara, Anna and Lucie - who work in the lab together
* 610 Panas + Belinda
• 611 Jonathan
• 614 {Yahya, until Andreia returns from quarantine)
3. Place plants at the end of the corridor by my office (so they can be collectively watered) or take them home.
4. I strongly recommend to keep distance in the coffee room and avoid sharing the space with others.
5. We will not have another physical lab meeting till further notice.
If you are one of those legally obliged to continue working and to whom I have not spoken or emailed, please get in touch with me. Delphine, you are one such person. You must inform me about your work time and, if you want to work at home (HomeOffice), tell me from when and for how long (max. 21 days) so I can inform the Personalamt. I assume this is the case and therefore have not allocated you office space.
Yours,
Robert
