Dear All,

One of you may have used a machine to access the internet with my IP address. The box used to access the internet with that machine (suing my IP address) has been blocked by the ITZ. If you now find you cannot access the internet through the box you used to use, please come and see me so that we can arrange the ITZ to give you an alternative IP address.
