Gibt es Berichte / Erfahrungen aus der Praxis zu Erfolgen mit der Myobrace-Apparatur in Bezug auf Verbesserungen der orofazialen Sensomotorik, insbesondere bei Patienten mit Trisomie 21?</div><div><br></div><div>2. Seit einiger Zeit betreue ich einen kleinen Patienten im Rahmen der SPZ-Vorstellungen, der mittlerweile 1;5 Jahre alt ist und seit über einem Jahr über eine nasogastrale Sonde ernährt wird (PEG-Anlage in Kürze geplant). Seit längerem überlegen wir - der behandelnde Therapeut, die Eltern und ich - welche Klinik und welches Konzept für den kleinen Jungen am besten zur Sondenentwöhnung geeignet ist.
