<p>I am looking for a botanist that could do some florsitic surveys for our project in Erfurt this year.<br>It would involve fieldwork in Erfurt throught this year'season, identifiying plants on some of the project field sites<br>Payment would probably be via a fee contract.</p>

<p>The networking of biotopes, i.e. habitats of plants, animals and other organisms, makes an essential contribution to the preservation of biodiversity. Railway and railway-related areas can act as stepping stones or corridors. In the project funded by the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation, the Erfurt Environment and Nature Conservation Agency, in cooperation with Deutsche Bahn, will test how inner-city railway lines can be used as biotope network elements and how multiple use of the areas can be achieved that fulfils ecological and social requirements.</p>
