But i bring chips, some that are a very strong tradition in Guatemala. The brand is "Tortrix", although Fernando comment me they also have something similar in Yucatan, that i was imagine should be like that. They are made from maiz, basically is a tortilla cut in pieces and then cook with some condiments. I bring two one maiz/tortilla with barbacoa and the other maiz/tortilla with barbacoa and chicharon (pork crackling). <br></div><div>In Guatemala is a very old brand almost 50-60 years old and is so traditional that is even consider to be part of our identity as guatemalan (chapin).
