In the current “Arbeitsschutzverordnung” from 23.07.2021 I found this: <br><br></span>„die gleichzeitige Nutzung von Räumen durch mehrere Personen müssen weiterhin auf das notwendige Minimum reduziert bleiben. Es entfallen allerdings die verbindliche Vorgabe einer Mindestfläche von 10 m² pro Person in mehrfach belegten Räumen und die strikte Vorgabe von Homeoffice“<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-GB>So it says, that we should use the rooms with a minimum number of people, but it is not mandatory to have 10 qm for one person. It sounds as there is no strict rule how many people can be in one room and that it is up to Robert to decide, what’s the minimum number of people in one office (as long as we can keep the 1.5m distances while working, otherwise we need to wear masks).
