Die Regelungen gelten zunächst bis Pfingsten. Auch auf Prüfungen bezogen wurde die derzeitige Regelung, dass diese bis auf wenige, zu genehmigende Ausnahmen digital stattfinden sollen, entsprechend verlängert. Einzelheiten sind in den beiden<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><u class=""><a href="https://www.rektorat.uni-halle.de/informationen/beschluesse/" style="color: rgb(155, 195, 75);" class="">Beschlüssen</a></u><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>nachzulesen. Wie es nach dem Pfingstmontag dann ab 25. Mai weitergeht, wird rechtzeitig vor Pfingsten bekannt gegeben. Ebenso wird zeitnah informiert, wenn sich aus den Regelungen der sogenannten „Bundesnotbremse“, die heute im Bundestag beschlossen wurden, weitere Restriktionen für die MLU ergeben sollten.</p><p style="color: rgb(65, 65, 65); line-height: 25.600000381469727px; margin-block-end: 1em; margin-block-start: 1em;" class="">Auch zum Thema Impfungen hat sich das Rektorat grundsätzlich verständigt und hierzu die Meinung der Stadt Halle eingeholt. Die Stadt ist der Auffassung, dass Lehrende der Universität grundsätzlich nicht der Impf-Priorität 3 zuzuordnen sind. Die Bundesimpfverordnung (§ 4) bezieht sich an dieser Stelle auf Personen, die in Einrichtungen und Diensten der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe und in Schulen tätig sind, sowie sonstige Personen, bei denen aufgrund ihrer Arbeits- oder Lebensumstände ein deutlich erhöhtes Risiko einer Infektion besteht. Letztlich liegt die Entscheidung über die Impfberechtigung im Einzelfall dem ärztlichen Personal, die Universität kann daher keine Aussage zur Impfberechtigung machen.</p><p style="color: rgb(65, 65, 65); line-height: 25.600000381469727px; margin-block-end: 1em; margin-block-start: 1em;" class="">Aber: Die Universität kann Bescheinigungen ausstellen, aus denen sich ergibt, dass derzeit eine Beschäftigung an der Universität besteht und diese Tätigkeit die Betreuung von Lehrveranstaltungen beinhaltet. Für die Ausstellung solcher Bescheinigungen ist ausschließlich die Abteilung 3 – Personal (<u class=""><a href="mailto:personalabteilung@verwaltung.uni-halle.de" style="color: rgb(155, 195, 75);" class="">personalabteilung@verwaltung.uni-halle.de</a></u>) zuständig.
