Corona-Dienstvereinbarung unterzeichnet. Damit werden im Wesentlichen die bekannten Sonderregelungen aus der 5. Vereinbarung bis zum 31.07.2021 fortgeschrieben. Besonders wichtig für die Beschäftigten: Die bisherigen Regelungen zur Gewährung von Home-Office bleiben bis auf weiteres bestehen Individuelle Home-Office-Vereinbarungen verlängern sich allerdings nicht automatisch, hierzu ist jeweils ein formloser Antrag per E-Mail an<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><u class=""><a href="mailto:personalabteilung@uni-halle.de" style="color: rgb(155, 195, 75);" class="">personalabteilung@uni-halle.de</a></u><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>zu stellen.</p><p style="color: rgb(65, 65, 65); line-height: 25.600000381469727px; margin-block-end: 1em; margin-block-start: 1em;" class="">Neu in die Dienstvereinbarung aufgenommen wurde eine gestufte Handhabung der Voraussetzungen für das Home-Office. Solange die Pandemie-Lage angespannt ist (wie derzeit), kann Home-Office ohne weitere Voraussetzungen vereinbart werden, wenn die Arbeitsaufgaben dafür geeignet sind. Falls sich die Situation in den kommenden Monaten entspannt, dann wird die Gewährung von Home-Office wieder an das Vorliegen wichtiger Gründe gebunden sein. Zu diesen wichtigen Gründen zählen etwa bestehende Vorerkrankungen (mit Attest), die Notwendigkeit der Kinderbetreuung oder der Umstand, dass die geltenden Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen in Bezug auf das Infektionsrisiko am Arbeitsplatz nicht einzuhalten sind (nachzuweisen durch eine Gefährdungsbeurteilung).</p><p style="color: rgb(65, 65, 65); line-height: 25.600000381469727px; margin-block-end: 1em; margin-block-start: 1em;" class="">Die<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><u class=""><a href="https://personal.verwaltung.uni-halle.de/" style="color: rgb(155, 195, 75);" class="">FAQ für Mitarbeiter*innen</a></u><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>werden entsprechend überarbeitet.
